Order Processing
We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, not counting weekends and holidays. You’ll get an email to confirm your order and another once it ships.

Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, email us at support@thrivepet.shop and we’ll sort it out for you.
