You may not upload or send viruses, worms or any other harmful code.

Your content (not including card details) may travel unencrypted across different networks and may be changed to fit the technical needs of those networks or devices. Card details are always encrypted in transit.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, its use or access to it without our written permission.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We aren’t responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Everything here is general information only and shouldn’t be the sole basis for any decision. You rely on it at your own risk.

We aren’t liable to you or anyone else for any change to prices, or for any change, suspension or ending of the Service.

Some products may only be sold online and may be available in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.

We do our best to show product colors and images accurately, but we can’t guarantee that your screen will show them exactly.

We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction, and we decide this case by case.

We don’t guarantee that any product or service will meet your expectations, or that every error in the Service will be fixed.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT CLAIMS AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Our products are dietary supplements for pets. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Results vary from pet to pet. Always check with your veterinarian before giving your pet a new supplement.

SECTION 7 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse any order. We may also limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order at our discretion.

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account details. You also agree to update them promptly, including your email address and card details, so we can complete your orders and contact you when needed.

SECTION 8 – SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING CHARGES
Some products are available on subscription. When you subscribe, you allow us to charge you on a recurring basis at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. You can change or cancel at any time through your customer portal or by emailing support@thrivepet.shop

Some content, products and services on our site may come from third parties.

Links to third-party websites may take you to sites we aren’t connected with. We don’t check those sites or their content and aren’t responsible for them, or for any products or services they offer.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials, whether we asked for them or not, and whether online, by email, by mail or another way, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use them in any medium without restriction.

Personal information you submit through our store is covered by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Our site may sometimes contain typos, mistakes or missing information about product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct these at any time, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information, without notice.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
Along with the other restrictions in these Terms, you may not use the site or its content:

(i) to spam, phish, crawl or scrape;
(j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
(k) to interfere with or get around the site’s security features.

We may end your use of the Service if you break any of these rules.

SECTION 14 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All of our products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, email us at support@thrivepet.shop within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

SECTION 15 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, belongs to Thrive Pet and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

SECTION 16 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

You and Thrive Pet agree to settle any dispute or claim about these Terms, our products or our services through binding individual arbitration instead of court. Either side may still bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND THRIVE PET AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY AS INDIVIDUALS, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable, this entire arbitration section will be void.

Arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@thrivepet.shop within 30 days of your first purchase.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Thrive Pet and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers and licensors will not be liable for any injury, loss or claim, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind. This includes lost profits, revenue, savings or data, replacement costs and similar damages, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or anything else, that arise from your use of the Service or any product.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to protect and defend Thrive Pet and its officers, directors, agents, contractors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, and to cover their costs, from any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that comes from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or anyone else’s rights.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will still be enforced as far as the law allows, and the unenforceable portion will be removed. This won’t affect the rest of the Terms.

SECTION 20 – TERMINATION
If this agreement ends, everything relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution, along with any obligations you’ve taken on, will remain in effect.

SECTION 21 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any policies or rules we post on the website, are the full agreement between you and Thrive Pet. They replace any earlier or current agreements. Any unclear wording in these Terms will not be held against the party that wrote them.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms, and any separate agreements under which we provide Services, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the changes on our website. It’s your responsibility to check this page from time to time. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
